1. البيانات التي نجمعها
عند استخدامك لمنصة InoRank، نجمع بيانات شخصية مثل اسمك وعنوان بريدك الإلكتروني وتفاصيل الشركة وبيانات استخدام المنصة. تُستخدم هذه البيانات فقط لتقديم الخدمة وتحسينها.
2. كيف نستخدم البيانات
تُستخدم البيانات التي نجمعها لإدارة الحساب وتقديم ميزات المنصة والأمان والتواصل معك. لا تُباع بياناتك أبداً لأطراف ثالثة.
3. ملفات تعريف الارتباط
تستخدم InoRank ملفات تعريف الارتباط لإدارة الجلسات والتحليلات لتحسين تجربة المستخدم. يمكنك إدارة ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو تعطيلها من إعدادات متصفحك.
4. أمان البيانات
يتم تخزين بياناتك الشخصية بتشفير وفق معايير الصناعة وبنية تحتية آمنة. تُطبَّق ضمانات تقنية وإدارية ضد الوصول غير المصرّح به.
5. حقوقك
بموجب قوانين الخصوصية المعمول بها، يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية وتصحيحها وحذفها ونقلها. اتصل بفريق الدعم لدينا لممارسة هذه الحقوق.
6. تحديثات السياسة
قد يتم تحديث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر. عند إجراء تغييرات جوهرية، سنخطرك من خلال عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني المسجل.
7. Data Security
Your personal data is protected using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption, AES-256 data encryption, access control mechanisms, and regular security audits. Our data center is hosted on ISO 27001 compliant infrastructure. Technical and administrative measures are applied against unauthorized access. In case of a security breach, notification is made to the KVKK Board within 72 hours.
8. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
Under KVKK, you have the following rights: To learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about processed data, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, to learn the third parties your data is transferred to domestically or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction of your data under KVKK conditions, to request notification of deletion/correction to third parties, to object to conclusions resulting from automated analysis of your data, to demand compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.
9. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your KVKK rights: (1) Send your written request by registered mail to 5005 Sk. No:8, Çınar Mah., Bornova / İzmir, Türkiye. (2) Email info@inorank.com with "KVKK Request" in the subject line. (3) Create a support request through the platform. Your request will be evaluated free of charge within a maximum of 30 days. If your request is rejected or you are not satisfied with the response, you may file a complaint with the KVKK Board.
10. Policy Updates
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify you through your registered email address. The current policy is always accessible on this page. Last update: June 2026.
