1. Responsable del tratamiento
Sus datos personales son tratados por InoRank, en calidad de responsable del tratamiento, para la prestación del servicio, la gestión de la cuenta, la seguridad y el cumplimiento de obligaciones legales.
2. Datos que tratamos
Podemos tratar su nombre, correo electrónico, datos de la empresa, información de facturación, registros de uso y la información que proporcione en solicitudes de soporte.
3. Finalidades del tratamiento
Sus datos se utilizan para crear su cuenta, ofrecer las funcionalidades de la plataforma, responder a sus solicitudes, mantener la seguridad y atender los requisitos legales.
4. Transferencias y conservación
Los datos se comparten únicamente con proveedores de servicios, organismos públicos autorizados o partes requeridas por la ley, y se conservan solo durante el periodo necesario.
5. Sus derechos
Conforme al artículo 11 de la KVKK, puede solicitar el acceso, la rectificación, la eliminación, la oposición al tratamiento y, cuando proceda, la indemnización correspondiente.
6. Data Retention Periods
Personal data is retained for the following periods: Account data: Duration of active account plus 30 days after closure. Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (Turkish Commercial Code requirement). Email correspondence: 3 years. Support requests: 2 years after closure. Session logs: 1 year. Analytics data: Indefinite after anonymization. Data is automatically deleted or anonymized upon expiration of retention periods.
7. Data Security Measures
The following measures are applied to protect personal data: TLS 1.3 data transmission encryption, AES-256 data storage encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA) support, role-based access control (RBAC), weekly automatic backups, 24/7 security monitoring, regular penetration tests, staff privacy training, ISO 27001 compliant data center infrastructure.

Our platform uses cookies for session management, preference retention and analytics. For details, see our Cookie Policy. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling certain cookies may prevent some platform functions from working.
9. Your Rights Under KVKK
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the following rights: (a) To learn whether your personal data is processed, (b) To request information about processed data, (c) To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly, (d) To learn third parties your data is transferred to, (e) To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, (f) To request deletion or destruction under KVKK conditions, (g) To request notification to third parties of deletion/correction, (h) To object to conclusions from automated analysis, (i) To demand compensation for damages from unlawful processing.
10. How to Submit a Request
To exercise your KVKK rights: (1) Send your written request by registered mail to 5005 Sk. No:8, Çınar Mah., Bornova / İzmir, Türkiye. (2) Email info@inorank.com with "KVKK Request" in the subject line. (3) Create a support request through the platform. Your request will be evaluated free of charge within 30 days. If your request is rejected or you are unsatisfied with the response, you may file a complaint with the KVKK Board.
