۱. کنترلکننده داده
دادههای شخصی شما توسط InoRank بهعنوان کنترلکننده داده برای ارائه خدمات، مدیریت حساب، امنیت و تعهدات قانونی پردازش میشود.
۲. دادههایی که پردازش میکنیم
ما ممکن است نام، ایمیل، جزئیات شرکت، جزئیات صورتحساب، گزارشهای استفاده و اطلاعاتی که در درخواستهای پشتیبانی ارائه میدهید را پردازش کنیم.
۳. اهداف پردازش
دادههای شما برای ایجاد حساب، ارائه ویژگیهای پلتفرم، پاسخ به درخواستها، حفظ امنیت و برآوردهسازی الزامات قانونی استفاده میشود.
۴. انتقالها و نگهداری
دادهها فقط با ارائهدهندگان خدمات، مراجع رسمی مجاز یا طرفهای مورد نیاز قانون به اشتراک گذاشته میشود و فقط برای مدت ضروری نگهداری میشود.
۵. حقوق شما
بر اساس ماده ۱۱ KVKK، میتوانید درخواست دسترسی، اصلاح، حذف، اعتراض به پردازش و در صورت قابل اجرا، جبران خسارت کنید.
6. Data Retention Periods
Personal data is retained for the following periods: Account data: Duration of active account plus 30 days after closure. Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (Turkish Commercial Code requirement). Email correspondence: 3 years. Support requests: 2 years after closure. Session logs: 1 year. Analytics data: Indefinite after anonymization. Data is automatically deleted or anonymized upon expiration of retention periods.
7. Data Security Measures
The following measures are applied to protect personal data: TLS 1.3 data transmission encryption, AES-256 data storage encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA) support, role-based access control (RBAC), weekly automatic backups, 24/7 security monitoring, regular penetration tests, staff privacy training, ISO 27001 compliant data center infrastructure.

9. Your Rights Under KVKK
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the following rights: (a) To learn whether your personal data is processed, (b) To request information about processed data, (c) To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly, (d) To learn third parties your data is transferred to, (e) To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, (f) To request deletion or destruction under KVKK conditions, (g) To request notification to third parties of deletion/correction, (h) To object to conclusions from automated analysis, (i) To demand compensation for damages from unlawful processing.
10. How to Submit a Request
To exercise your KVKK rights: (1) Send your written request by registered mail to 5005 Sk. No:8, Çınar Mah., Bornova / İzmir, Türkiye. (2) Email info@inorank.com with "KVKK Request" in the subject line. (3) Create a support request through the platform. Your request will be evaluated free of charge within 30 days. If your request is rejected or you are unsatisfied with the response, you may file a complaint with the KVKK Board.
