I tuoi dati personali sono trattati da InoRank in qualità di titolare del trattamento per l'erogazione del servizio, la gestione dell'account, la sicurezza e gli obblighi di legge.

Possiamo trattare nome, email, dettagli aziendali, dati di fatturazione, log di utilizzo e informazioni fornite nelle richieste di supporto.
3. Finalità del trattamento
I tuoi dati sono utilizzati per creare il tuo account, fornire le funzionalità della piattaforma, rispondere alle richieste, mantenere la sicurezza e adempiere ai requisiti di legge.
4. Trasferimenti e conservazione
I dati sono condivisi solo con fornitori di servizi, autorità pubbliche autorizzate o soggetti richiesti dalla legge, e conservati solo per il periodo necessario.
5. I tuoi diritti
Ai sensi dell'articolo 15 del GDPR, puoi richiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, opposizione al trattamento e, ove applicabile, risarcimento.
6. Data Retention Periods
Personal data is retained for the following periods: Account data: Duration of active account plus 30 days after closure. Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (Turkish Commercial Code requirement). Email correspondence: 3 years. Support requests: 2 years after closure. Session logs: 1 year. Analytics data: Indefinite after anonymization. Data is automatically deleted or anonymized upon expiration of retention periods.
7. Data Security Measures
The following measures are applied to protect personal data: TLS 1.3 data transmission encryption, AES-256 data storage encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA) support, role-based access control (RBAC), weekly automatic backups, 24/7 security monitoring, regular penetration tests, staff privacy training, ISO 27001 compliant data center infrastructure.

9. Your Rights Under KVKK
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the following rights: (a) To learn whether your personal data is processed, (b) To request information about processed data, (c) To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly, (d) To learn third parties your data is transferred to, (e) To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, (f) To request deletion or destruction under KVKK conditions, (g) To request notification to third parties of deletion/correction, (h) To object to conclusions from automated analysis, (i) To demand compensation for damages from unlawful processing.
10. How to Submit a Request
To exercise your KVKK rights: (1) Send your written request by registered mail to 5005 Sk. No:8, Çınar Mah., Bornova / İzmir, Türkiye. (2) Email info@inorank.com with "KVKK Request" in the subject line. (3) Create a support request through the platform. Your request will be evaluated free of charge within 30 days. If your request is rejected or you are unsatisfied with the response, you may file a complaint with the KVKK Board.
