InoRank는 플랫폼 사용 중 공유하는 데이터를 서비스 제공, 보안 및 법적 의무 이행 목적으로만 처리합니다.

InoRank 플랫폼 사용 시 이름, 이메일 주소, 회사 정보, 플랫폼 사용 데이터와 같은 개인정보를 수집합니다. 이 데이터는 서비스 제공 및 개선 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
2. 데이터 사용 방법
수집한 데이터는 계정 관리, 플랫폼 기능 제공, 보안 및 사용자와의 소통에 사용됩니다. 귀하의 데이터는 제3자에게 절대 판매되지 않습니다.
3. 쿠키
InoRank는 사용자 경험 개선을 위해 세션 관리 및 분석에 쿠키를 사용합니다. 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 관리하거나 비활성화할 수 있습니다.

귀하의 개인정보는 업계 표준 암호화 및 안전한 인프라로 저장됩니다. 무단 액세스에 대비하여 기술적, 관리적 안전 조치가 적용됩니다.

7. Data Security
Your personal data is protected using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption, AES-256 data encryption, access control mechanisms, and regular security audits. Our data center is hosted on ISO 27001 compliant infrastructure. Technical and administrative measures are applied against unauthorized access. In case of a security breach, notification is made to the KVKK Board within 72 hours.
8. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
Under KVKK, you have the following rights: To learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about processed data, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, to learn the third parties your data is transferred to domestically or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction of your data under KVKK conditions, to request notification of deletion/correction to third parties, to object to conclusions resulting from automated analysis of your data, to demand compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.
9. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your KVKK rights: (1) Send your written request by registered mail to 5005 Sk. No:8, Çınar Mah., Bornova / İzmir, Türkiye. (2) Email info@inorank.com with "KVKK Request" in the subject line. (3) Create a support request through the platform. Your request will be evaluated free of charge within a maximum of 30 days. If your request is rejected or you are not satisfied with the response, you may file a complaint with the KVKK Board.
10. Policy Updates
