Wanneer u het InoRank-platform gebruikt, verzamelen we persoonlijke gegevens zoals uw naam, e-mailadres, bedrijfsgegevens en platformgebruiksgegevens. Deze gegevens worden alleen gebruikt om de service te leveren en te verbeteren.
2. Hoe we gegevens gebruiken
De gegevens die we verzamelen worden gebruikt voor accountbeheer, levering van platformfuncties, beveiliging en communicatie met u. Uw gegevens worden nooit aan derden verkocht.

InoRank gebruikt cookies voor sessiebeheer en analytics om de gebruikerservaring te verbeteren. U kunt cookies beheren of uitschakelen via uw browserinstellingen.

Your personal data is protected using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption, AES-256 data encryption, access control mechanisms, and regular security audits. Our data center is hosted on ISO 27001 compliant infrastructure. Technical and administrative measures are applied against unauthorized access. In case of a security breach, notification is made to the KVKK Board within 72 hours.
8. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
Under KVKK, you have the following rights: To learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about processed data, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, to learn the third parties your data is transferred to domestically or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction of your data under KVKK conditions, to request notification of deletion/correction to third parties, to object to conclusions resulting from automated analysis of your data, to demand compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.
9. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your KVKK rights: (1) Send your written request by registered mail to 5005 Sk. No:8, Çınar Mah., Bornova / İzmir, Türkiye. (2) Email info@inorank.com with "KVKK Request" in the subject line. (3) Create a support request through the platform. Your request will be evaluated free of charge within a maximum of 30 days. If your request is rejected or you are not satisfied with the response, you may file a complaint with the KVKK Board.
