您的个人数据由 InoRank 作为数据控制者处理，用于服务提供、账户管理、安全和法定义务。

我们可能处理您的姓名、电子邮件、公司详情、账单详情、使用日志以及您在支持请求中提供的信息。
3. 处理目的
您的数据用于创建账户、提供平台功能、响应请求、维护安全和满足法律要求。
4. 共享与保留
数据仅与服务商、授权公共机构或法律要求的当事方共享，并仅在必要期间内保留。
5. 您的权利
根据 KVKK 第 11 条，您可以要求访问、更正、删除、反对处理以及在适用情况下获得赔偿。
6. Data Retention Periods
Personal data is retained for the following periods: Account data: Duration of active account plus 30 days after closure. Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (Turkish Commercial Code requirement). Email correspondence: 3 years. Support requests: 2 years after closure. Session logs: 1 year. Analytics data: Indefinite after anonymization. Data is automatically deleted or anonymized upon expiration of retention periods.
7. Data Security Measures
The following measures are applied to protect personal data: TLS 1.3 data transmission encryption, AES-256 data storage encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA) support, role-based access control (RBAC), weekly automatic backups, 24/7 security monitoring, regular penetration tests, staff privacy training, ISO 27001 compliant data center infrastructure.
8. Cookies and Tracking
Our platform uses cookies for session management, preference retention and analytics. For details, see our Cookie Policy. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling certain cookies may prevent some platform functions from working.
9. Your Rights Under KVKK
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the following rights: (a) To learn whether your personal data is processed, (b) To request information about processed data, (c) To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly, (d) To learn third parties your data is transferred to, (e) To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, (f) To request deletion or destruction under KVKK conditions, (g) To request notification to third parties of deletion/correction, (h) To object to conclusions from automated analysis, (i) To demand compensation for damages from unlawful processing.
10. How to Submit a Request
To exercise your KVKK rights: (1) Send your written request by registered mail to 5005 Sk. No:8, Çınar Mah., Bornova / İzmir, Türkiye. (2) Email info@inorank.com with "KVKK Request" in the subject line. (3) Create a support request through the platform. Your request will be evaluated free of charge within 30 days. If your request is rejected or you are unsatisfied with the response, you may file a complaint with the KVKK Board.
