2. Data We Collect
When you use the InoRank platform, the following personal data may be collected: Identity data (name, surname), contact data (email address, phone number), company data (company name, tax office, tax ID), billing and payment information, platform usage data (session logs, browsing history, click data), technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system, device information), and information you provide in support requests.
3. How We Collect Data
Your data is collected either directly from you (registration form, support requests, contact forms) or automatically when you use the platform (cookies, log files, analytics tools). Data may also be obtained from third-party service providers (payment institutions, email services) only as necessary for service delivery.
4. Purposes of Data Use
Collected data is used for the following purposes: Account creation and management, delivery of platform features, execution of SEO crawling and reporting services, billing and payment processing, responding to customer support and communication requests, detection and prevention of security incidents, compliance with legal obligations, measurement and improvement of service quality.

8. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
Under KVKK, you have the following rights: To learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about processed data, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, to learn the third parties your data is transferred to domestically or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction of your data under KVKK conditions, to request notification of deletion/correction to third parties, to object to conclusions resulting from automated analysis of your data, to demand compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.
9. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your KVKK rights: (1) Send your written request by registered mail to 5005 Sk. No:8, Çınar Mah., Bornova / İzmir, Türkiye. (2) Email info@inorank.com with "KVKK Request" in the subject line. (3) Create a support request through the platform. Your request will be evaluated free of charge within a maximum of 30 days. If your request is rejected or you are not satisfied with the response, you may file a complaint with the KVKK Board.
