InoRank processes personal data transparently, securely and for limited purposes under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

2. Types of Personal Data Processed
The following personal data may be processed on our platform: Identity Data: Name, surname, national ID number (only for invoice issuance). Contact Data: Email address, phone number, address. Company Data: Company title, tax office, tax ID, business address. Financial Data: Invoice information, payment history, subscription status. Platform Usage Data: Session logs, browsing history, API usage statistics, preferred language and theme settings. Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution. Visual Data: Profile photo (optional). Support Data: Support requests, feedback, communication records.
3. Processing Purposes and Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds: Performance of contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c): Account creation, subscription management, SEO crawling and reporting services. Explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1): Marketing emails, feature updates, survey participation. Legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f): Service quality measurement, fraud prevention, security audits. Legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-a): Invoice issuance, accounting records, tax declarations.
4. Data Transfers
Your personal data is shared only in the following cases: Service providers: Cloud infrastructure (data center), payment processor (payment operations), email service provider (notification delivery), analytics provider (anonymous usage statistics). Data security agreements are signed with these providers. Public authorities: Upon lawful request from authorized public bodies, within legal obligations. Group companies: To InoRank affiliates, only when necessary for service delivery. Data is never sold to third parties.
5. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Platform infrastructure is hosted in Türkiye. However, some service providers (cloud infrastructure, analytics tools) may be provided abroad. In case of cross-border transfers, data is transferred only to countries with adequate protection under KVKK Art. 9, or with adequate safeguards provided by the data controller. Users may consent to cross-border transfers through explicit consent.
6. Data Retention Periods
Personal data is retained for the following periods: Account data: Duration of active account plus 30 days after closure. Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (Turkish Commercial Code requirement). Email correspondence: 3 years. Support requests: 2 years after closure. Session logs: 1 year. Analytics data: Indefinite after anonymization. Data is automatically deleted or anonymized upon expiration of retention periods.
7. Data Security Measures
The following measures are applied to protect personal data: TLS 1.3 data transmission encryption, AES-256 data storage encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA) support, role-based access control (RBAC), weekly automatic backups, 24/7 security monitoring, regular penetration tests, staff privacy training, ISO 27001 compliant data center infrastructure.

9. Your Rights Under KVKK
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the following rights: (a) To learn whether your personal data is processed, (b) To request information about processed data, (c) To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly, (d) To learn third parties your data is transferred to, (e) To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, (f) To request deletion or destruction under KVKK conditions, (g) To request notification to third parties of deletion/correction, (h) To object to conclusions from automated analysis, (i) To demand compensation for damages from unlawful processing.
10. How to Submit a Request
To exercise your KVKK rights: (1) Send your written request by registered mail to 5005 Sk. No:8, Çınar Mah., Bornova / İzmir, Türkiye. (2) Email info@inorank.com with "KVKK Request" in the subject line. (3) Create a support request through the platform. Your request will be evaluated free of charge within 30 days. If your request is rejected or you are unsatisfied with the response, you may file a complaint with the KVKK Board.
